Since the change in office management staff the entire atmosphere has changed. Staff is more engaging with tenant request, they are very responsive to maintenance request. Maintenance staff repairs fixes in a timely manner. I really enjoy the "Resident Events" (Swim Party, Morning Coffee, DIY Candy Apples...etc).
